Following Saturday night’s black-tie gala at Beverly Hills City Hall, Ferrari’s 60th anniversary celebrations culminated in California with a historic display on Rodeo Drive of 60 of the most iconic Prancing Horses ever assembled. “Race Through The Decades: 1954-2014” brought a record-breaking 1,000 Ferraris and proud Ferraristi to the streets of Beverly Hills, making this one of the largest gatherings of Prancing Horses in history.
Italian American pride ruled Fifth Avenue on Monday in New York City during the 70th annual Columbus Day parade. Led by this year’s Grand Marshal, Frank Bisignano, this years parade saw 35,000 marchers and nearly one million spectators all celebrating Italian-American heritage and honoring their contribution to city life. Both Governor Andrew Cuomo and GOP challenger Rob Astorino took part in the festivities along with New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio.
